Wilson Communications has an immediate opening for a full time Customer Service Representative.  The duties of this position include assisting customers with fiber-to-the-home services: local telephone service and broadband Internet service; processing customer payments, along with order taking, promoting, selling services and scheduling. 

The position requires customer service experience, telephone etiquette, online posting/email etiquette, verbal and written communication skills, PC skills with the ability to learn proprietary software, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and working with various departments.  The environment is customer focused, team-oriented, fast-paced, with attention to detail.
